When a small window opens, enter the names of your children one by one leaving one or two spaces between names.
Wait for a few seconds (it may take 3 to 10 seconds) and you will see the names on the mug.
Then click on 'add to cart' and proceed to check out.
Add to cart page will show the mug with names but the final check out page only shows the product image (without names).
